What we collect via the waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store: your email address, whether you consented to receive emails and the time of that consent, your browser language (locale), and the page you came from (referrer).
To prevent abuse we briefly store a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting. It is deleted within a day and is not linked to your email.
When you buy Detalia
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card details.
After a purchase we store a license record: a license ID, the Paddle transaction and customer IDs, your email address, the edition and date the license was issued, the license key, whether it is active or refunded, and whether it was a test purchase. We use it to deliver your key, send it again if you lose it, and let the app check whether a license was refunded.
License emails are sent through Resend, which receives your email address and the email’s content for delivery.
